Luni Onsite Study – US

We are currently looking for people to participate in our Luni Onsite Study in Bellevue, Washington (WA), US.
What is the study about?
The purpose of this study is to test new Amazon package locker access technology, to ensure usability and accessibility for all users. The study specifically focuses on physical accessibility for all users, and especially for people who use mobility aids or have limb differences or amputations.
Task Description:
During your scheduled session, you will be asked to complete a series of interactions with the Amazon package locker, including simulated package pickups and/or returns. Once these tasks are complete, you will need to complete a brief questionnaire, sharing your experience.
Who is eligible?
To participate you should meet the following qualifying criteria:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be eligible to work in the US.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be able to visit onsite in Bellevue, WA for a scheduled session onsite, Feb 18-19.
- Be a current Amazon customer.
- Be willing to test a new package locker access technology for Amazon.
- Have some experience in the past 3–6 months making a return of an online purchase (Amazon or other retailer).
- Some sessions are for participants who exclusively use a wheelchair and can independently complete a return.
Where is the study taking place?
This is an onsite study taking place at Amazon's offices in Bellevue, WA.
How much is the compensation?
You will receive $125 USD for your successful participation.

How long does it take?
It will take up to one hour to complete the study session.
